Elena De Agreda Villarejo has extensive experience in research and customer service, currently serving as Manager of Insight Research & Customer Service at TENDAM since November 2012. Prior to this role, Elena worked as a Técnico de investigación at TACTICA INVESTIGACIO I ESTRATEGIA SL from May 2008 to September 2010 and at Grupo Cortefiel from May 2006 to May 2008. Elena holds a degree in Sociology from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, where studies were completed between 2002 and 2006.
