Wayne Hardy is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the packaging and consumer goods industries. Currently serving as the Director of Sales at Corvaglia Group since April 2019, Wayne leads North American Closure Sales and manages teams in Sales/Account Management, Customer Service, and Technical Engineering Services. Prior roles include National Account Manager at Silgan Containers, overseeing significant accounts and generating over $40 million in annual revenue, and Key Account Manager at Rexam, where Wayne managed sales for major clients in the North American market. With previous leadership positions at Erie Plastics and Alcoa, along with foundational sales experience at Nestle and Unilever, Wayne possesses a robust background in account management and sales strategy. Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Boston College.
