Martha Ngatchu

Martha Ngatchu is an experienced assortment planner currently employed at COS since January 2024. Prior to this role, Martha spent over four years at Phase Eight, where responsibilities included branch and wholesale merchandising across the UK, as well as devising strategies for wholesale and e-commerce concessions. Martha's earlier experience includes positions at M&Co as a senior merchandising assistant and merchandising admin assistant, and foundational roles in marketing at Frescobol Carioca. Martha holds an Executive MBA from Hult International Business School and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with European Legal Studies from Newcastle University, complemented by a background in fashion and design from South and City College, Birmingham.
