Mr. Marcelo is the Company's Vice President of Strategy and Vice President of the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Marcelo holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, specializing in finance. He joined the Cosan group in July 2007 as an executive at Aguassanta Participações SA and served as Financial and Business Development Director at Votorantim Cimentos between July 2003 and July 2007. Before that, he headed the Latin American Fixed Income department at Salomon Smith Barney in New York.

(Comma), under the Mobil licensed trademark in Brazil, Bolivia, Uruguay and Paraguay, in addition to the European and Asian market using the Comma brand and corporate activities (Lubricants).
