Parag Kulkarni

Parag Kulkarni has extensive experience in research and development within the polymer and plastics engineering field, currently serving as Manager Research and Development at Cosmo Films Limited since October 2018. In this role, Parag is responsible for designing processes and formulations for the manufacturing of various films used in flexible packaging and industrial applications, contributing significantly to the company's compounding business. Prior to this, Parag held positions including Deputy Manager at Cosmo Films Limited and Manager at Fine Organic Industries Limited, where technical support was provided to customers for product-related issues. Additional experience includes work as Sr. Executive at SUPREME PETROCHEM LTD, focusing on laboratory systems and testing methodologies, and as a Research Student at CMET Pune, where synthesis of Polyaniline Nanofibers for electronic applications was conducted. Parag holds an M.Tech. in Polymer/Plastics Engineering from UDCT Mumbai and a B.Tech. from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
