Ioannis Stathopoulos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and digital transformation within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as Section Manager for Customer Navigation and Traffic Management at Cosmote e-Value, Ioannis specializes in designing and developing AI IVR bots utilizing Greek Natural Language Understanding and Machine Learning. Previously, Ioannis held the position of Section Manager for E-Care Content Management & Digital Care Services, focusing on projects that enhance customer experience through digital solutions. Ioannis began their career at COSMOTE Mobile Telecommunications S.A., progressing from a System Engineer and Application Developer to a Section Manager overseeing mobile internet services and technical support. Earlier experience includes a role as a Junior Software Engineer at Intracom Telecom. Ioannis holds a degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering from the Technical University of Crete.
