COSUCRA
François Winance started their work experience in 2012 as an intern at T4M. In 2014, they joined COSUCRA as a Project Engineer, where they were responsible for industrial projects and HSE improvements. In 2017, François was promoted to Head of Engineering Department at COSUCRA, overseeing the energy transition and modernization of the chicory site, managing project managers, monitoring energy consumption, and negotiating energy contracts.
François Winance completed a Master's Degree in Management Science at Louvain School of Management from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering (Energy) from Faculté Polytechnique de Mons from 2011 to 2013. François also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) from the same institution from 2008 to 2011.
In addition to their formal education, François obtained several certifications including CNaVT (Profiel Toeristische en Informele Taalvaardigheid) in May 2013, TOEIC - Listening and reading (815/990) in January 2011, and Brevet Européen de Premiers Secours from La Défense in July 2006.
