Pat Barker is an accomplished business development leader with extensive experience in environmental services and disaster response. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at Cotton GDS since January 2019, Pat previously held the role of Regional Director. Prior experience includes Emergency Response Manager at Hull's Environmental Services, Inc., and Southeast District Manager as well as Program Manager for Disaster Response at SWS Environmental Services. Additionally, Pat was the Owner/Operator of Coastal Restoration and worked in project controls at Readiness Management Support (IAP Worldwide Services). Pat holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Southern Mississippi, awarded between 1998 and 2002.
