Phil Marais has extensive work experience in supply chain and logistics management. Phil worked as the Head of Supply Chain Africa and Brazil at Cotton On Group from 2017 to present, as well as the Distribution and Operations Manager - South East Asia from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they were the Distribution Centre Manager at BUSBY from 2011 to 2016. Phil also worked as a Logistics Manager at Alicewear from 2009 to 2011, and as a Senior Supply Chain Co-ordinator at Dimension Data - Supply Chain Service from 2005 to 2007. Phil's early career involved diverse positions within the supply chain industry at Steinhoff Imports from 2001 to 2005.
Phil Marais attended Pretoria Boys High School from 1998 to 2000 and Rondebosch Boys' High School from 1996 to 1997. Phil later enrolled at the University of Pretoria, where they studied Bcomm Accounting Sciences.
