Aisling Punch is a seasoned professional in services operations with significant experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Services Operations for Couchbase since May 2021, Aisling oversees global operations for Field Engineering, encompassing Cloud Architecture, Customer Cloud Consumption, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success. Prior to this role, Aisling was the Services Operations Manager at Databricks, focusing on Customer Success Operations for the EMEA region, and held positions at Cloudera, where Aisling contributed as a Senior Sales Operations Analyst and later as a Professional Services Operations Analyst. Additional experience includes roles at VMware, Strencom, O'Learys Centra, PCH International, and Hayfield Manor. Aisling holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from University College Cork and an IPMA certification in Project Management from the Institute of Project Management Ireland.
