Hakan Uludağ has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Hakan started their career as a Translator at İZFŞA in 2015, where they worked until 2016. In 2017, they joined Appen as a Web Search Evaluator. Hakan then founded their own company, Burger Vice, in 2018 and served as the Founder until 2019.

In 2019, Hakan co-founded West Riders Custom, where they led the start-up's development and rollout. Hakan was responsible for developing the product and brand awareness through social media and SEO. Hakan actively participated in weekly meetings and collaborated with team members to implement goals. Hakan continued their role as Co-Founder until June 2022.
