Hewitt Garcia

Hewitt Garcia is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer care and technical support management. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Customer Care at Coupa Software since June 2023, Hewitt leads strategic initiatives to enhance customer and supplier support excellence across LATAM. Prior to this role, Hewitt held various positions at Sutherland, including Senior Technical Support Manager, where efforts focused on aligning support with NetApp's strategic goals. Hewitt also has experience as Technical Support Manager and Technical Support Engineer for NetApp, as well as roles at Abbott, Microsoft, and Grupo Bolivar SA, where leadership and technical expertise were key to driving operational success. Hewitt holds a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín.
