Xiaolu Coenen

Xiaolu Coenen currently serves as the Director of Leadership Development at Coupang, a position held since May 2024. Prior to this, Xiaolu was the Head of Global Leadership Development at Cloudflare from June 2022 to April 2024, focusing on defining and developing key leadership skills aligned with business strategies. Xiaolu's previous experience includes roles as Associate Director for both Commercial Talent and Senior Leadership Development at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, and as Global Talent Manager and Learning Advisor at Shell, where collaborative, coaching, and strategic initiatives were emphasized. Xiaolu also held roles at ABB as an Ethics and Compliance Officer and as Associate Director at the University of Lucerne, where an academic program in Human Rights Implementation was developed. Xiaolu holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado, a program certificate on International Business Law from Bucerius Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Math from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
