AJ Arms is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience management and public relations. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Customer Experience at Course Hero, Inc. since September 2013, AJ Arms oversees a remote team, optimizing operational processes and enhancing customer engagements. Additionally, AJ Arms is the owner of TumTumTreats, a custom treat box company focused on creating joyful experiences.
