Ciaran Kelly currently serves as the Head of ICT Service Delivery at the Courts Service, overseeing complex ICT services and managing stakeholder relationships. Previously, Ciaran was the Director of IT for Global End-User Services at Lionbridge, where a new department was established to support IT service delivery across multiple international sites. As a Senior IT Manager for Global Operations at Glanbia, leadership encompassed IT infrastructure operations for seven thousand users across thirty-two countries. Ciaran's earlier experience includes roles at Colgate Palmolive, Elan Pharmaceuticals, and Deloitte, focusing on IT management, technical services, and infrastructure strategy across various global locations. Ciaran holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Science Hons in Management from Trinity College Dublin and a Postgraduate Certificate in Professional Development from Ulster University.

Courts Service
The Courts Service was established as an independent corporate organisation on 9th November, 1999 following the enactment of the Courts Service Act, 1998. We employ around 1,000 staff in 40 locations nationwide. Our functions are: -to manage the courts -to provide support services for the judges -to provide information on the courts system to the public -to provide, manage and maintain court buildings -to provide facilities for users of the courts.
