Emma Steward McIps

Emma Steward MCIPS is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in supplier relationship management and business services sourcing. Currently serving as the Head of Supplier Relationship Management at Coventry Building Society, Emma oversees a team responsible for managing all organizational spend and sourcing strategies outside of IT and Change since August 2020. Previously, Emma held significant roles, including Procurement Manager at Girlguiding and various positions at Jaguar Land Rover and Beiersdorf, where skills in supply chain management and customer relations were honed. Emma's educational background includes an MCIPS from the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply and a degree in Business Enterprise Management from Sheffield Hallam University.
