Josh May started their work experience at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman in 2002 as an Associate. Josh then moved on to Coventry in 2005, where they held various roles including Senior Counsel, Senior Counsel and Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Senior Vice President, and finally Chief Legal Officer. In their role as Chief Legal Officer, Josh was responsible for all legal matters, including corporate, litigation, transactional, tax, finance, and structuring. Josh also served as the General Counsel of the single family office of Coventry's owners. Josh's employment at Coventry started in November 2018 and they are currently still in this position.
Josh May attended Washington University in St. Louis from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Middle Eastern Studies. Josh then pursued further education at the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law from 1999 to 2002, earning a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
