Julien Laporte is a seasoned professional in human resources with a focus on total rewards, organizational development, and learning. Prior experience includes serving as an HR business partner and compensation advisor, providing strategic coaching and talent management support to sales and marketing departments. Julien's earlier career includes roles as an HR specialist focused on onboarding during Coveo's growth phase and leadership positions in the McGill Industrial Relations Association. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Labour and Industrial Relations from McGill University and ongoing pursuit of a Master of Business Administration at Université Laval.
