In addition to serving as Chief Medical Officer of Covera Health, Dr. Herzog serves as Director of Spinal Imaging at Hospital for Special Surgery in NYC, rated by U.S. News as the #1 Orthopedic Hospital in the U.S. He is the co-author of 63 peer-reviewed journal articles and has contributed to 22 spine and musculoskeletal texts. Dr. Herzog is also Professor of Radiology at Weill Medical College of Cornell University. While living in California, he collaborated with world-renowned photographer Ansel Adams, who “gently” recommended him back to the medical profession.
