Catherine Carulas

Catherine Carulas is a Litigation Associate at Covington & Burling LLP since October 2020, previously serving as a Law Clerk for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit from September 2019 to August 2020. Catherine gained experience as a Summer Associate at Covington & Burling LLP in 2018 and as a Judicial Intern at the US District Court for the District of Columbia in 2017. Additionally, Catherine interned at the Pentagon within the Office of the Secretary of Defense for Policy in 2016. Catherine holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Georgetown University Law Center and a Master of Arts (MA) in Security Studies from Georgetown University Walsh School of Foreign Service. Catherine also earned a Bachelor's Degree in International/Global Studies from The Johns Hopkins University.
