Brad Bean

Brad Bean is an experienced professional in customer care and operations management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Technical Customer Care at Vitu since January 2025 and as Sr Manager of Customer Care at Cox Automotive Inc. since August 2023. Previously, Brad held multiple roles at Dealertrack, including Operations Manager and Operations Supervisor, from September 2017 to August 2023. Prior to that, Brad was Operations Manager and Quality Specialist at StandardAero from May 2007 to July 2017 and served as an Aviation Mechanic in the US Navy from January 2002 to January 2007. Brad's educational background includes graduating from Wilmington High School in 2001.
