Oksana Smeshko

Oksana Smeshko, PMP, currently serves as the Manager of Client Operations/Customer Care at Cox Automotive Inc., where responsibilities include overseeing Inventory Technical Solutions and Onboarding teams to deliver digital marketing solutions for dealers on Autotrader and KBB platforms. With extensive experience in client operations, Oksana has led technical solutions development for complex inventory setups and enhanced dealer-client onboarding processes. Previously, Oksana held the position of Supervisor Client Operations, managing a cross-functional team focused on inventory contract fulfillment and technical support. Prior to Cox Automotive, Oksana worked at Sprint as Supervisor of Technical Support - Wireless, where a team achieved the top ranking in the Atlanta Center, and at Ericsson as Manager of Network Engineering, significantly reducing customer resolution time. Oksana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Admiral F.F. Ushakov Kherson College in Ukraine.
