Stephanie Lambers currently serves as the Director of Learning Operations and Design at Cox Automotive Inc., a position held since September 2008, where previously Stephanie also held the role of Sr. Manager Global Leadership. Prior to this, Stephanie worked at AutoTrader.com from September 2008 to May 2016 as a Sr. Divisional Trainer. Stephanie's career began as an HR Consultant from August 2005 to August 2008. Stephanie holds a Master's degree in HR and Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University, earned between 2003 and 2005.
