Larry A Richardson

Larry A Richardson has over 40 years of experience in operations and billing management within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the Director of Billing Operations at Cox Communications since December 2003, Larry leads technical operations, overseeing telephony application support, mediation, and analytics for billing events, as well as business intelligence and high-speed internet operations support. Prior to this role, Larry worked at AT&T from March 1979 to December 2002 as a Manager focusing on carrier access billing, business systems development, and process management. Larry holds a BBA degree in Information Technology from Kennesaw State University, earned between 1988 and 1992.
