David Small

David Small has over two decades of experience in aviation and business administration, currently serving as the Director of Flight Operations and Director of Flight Coordination and Business Administration at Cox Enterprises since April 2020. David's leadership roles extend to the Georgia Business Aviation Association, where responsibilities include Treasurer and former Chairman, as well as serving as Chairman of the Paulding County Airport Authority until December 2024. Additionally, David has been a Flight Operations Administrator for Cox Flight Operations since January 2000. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Management from Shorter University and an Associate degree in Business from Kennesaw State University.
