John Dyer

John Dyer has extensive experience in the communications, media, and automotive industries, having held various leadership roles at Cox Enterprises and Cox Communications. Currently a member of the Board of Directors since December 2008, Dyer previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer, where significant contributions included the creation of the Cox Automotive division and orchestrating a historic $4 billion acquisition. Prior positions encompassed Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Cox Enterprises, as well as Executive Vice President and CFO at Cox Communications. Dyer holds an MBA from Georgia State University and a BBA in Accounting from the University of West Georgia.
