Robert Gibby

Robert Gibby currently serves as the Director of Data Science, People Analytics at Cox Enterprises, a position held since March 2025. Prior to this role, Robert was the Director of People Analytics at Meta from August 2020 to December 2024, where responsibilities included leading multidisciplinary teams focused on responsible AI and analytics throughout the employee career journey. Robert's experience at IBM from April 2014 to August 2020 as Chief Talent Scientist involved overseeing the global Talent Science organization and advancing selection processes through AI. Previously, at Procter & Gamble from January 2004 to April 2014, Robert held various roles, including HR Business Partner and Leader of HR Analytics, contributing significantly to HR analytics initiatives. Robert holds a PhD and a Master of Arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Bowling Green State University.
