Aleksander Zawadski

Aleksander Zawadski is a Senior Process Engineer at CPC Engineering since April 2022, leading multiple major graphite project initiatives, including the Mahenge, Chilalo, and Orom-Cross Graphite Projects. Previous experience includes a tenure as Senior Metallurgist at Orway Mineral Consultants, where expertise in comminution modeling, circuit design, and plant optimization was developed. Aleksander has also held positions at Syrah Resources as Senior Processing Specialist, where commissioning plans and operational strategies were implemented. Early career roles involved contract metallurgist positions at Bateman/Ammtec and GR Engineering Services Ltd, alongside various undergraduate roles across several resource companies. Aleksander holds dual degrees in Extractive Metallurgy and Chemistry from Murdoch University and has furthered education in statistical methodologies for minerals engineering.
