Becky Carrick-Reason has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Becky started their career as an HR Coordinator at the Institution of Mechanical Engineers in 2008, where they provided HR advice and support, managed major change programs, and was responsible for the training program and employee surveys. Becky then worked as a Human Resources Manager at Avanti Communications from 2012 to 2016. Following that, they served as the Interim HR Operations Manager EMERI at Christie's in 2017. In 2019, they joined Climate-KIC as an HR Business Partner. Most recently, they have been working at CDP, first as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner from 2021 to 2022, and then as the Head of People.
