JS (Jack) Newby possesses extensive experience in project management and risk management within the Crown Prosecution Service, currently serving in a role focused on corporate planning and assurance since August 2022. Responsibilities include drafting long-term and annual business plans, overseeing corporate performance measures, and coordinating planning across multiple business units. Prior to this position, Newby held various project management roles, including redesigning legal guidance content and initiating the Modernising Charging project, which improved charging advice delivery across England and Wales. Newby's career also includes a project management role at the Museum of London, where a significant project was undertaken to restructure pay and organizational levels.
