Michele Johnson has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at Cracker Barrel since October 2014, overseeing a team of 155 employees, including 7 managers and 6 managers in training. Prior to this role, Michele excelled at 2 The Top LLC from August 2009 to October 2014, holding various positions including Multi-Unit General Manager, and managing multiple food outlets such as the Temple College Food Court, Gatti's Pizza, and Schlotzsky's & Cinnabon. Michele demonstrated strong skills in social media management, successfully growing the online presence of multiple brands. Academically, Michele holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Arizona, complemented by earlier studies in General Studies at Pima Community College.
