Chris Dishman

Chris Dishman currently serves as the Chief Customer Officer at Craftable since April 2025. Prior to this role, Dishman was involved with the Customer Success Advisory Board at TSIA from January 2024 to May 2025. Dishman also held the position of Senior Vice President, Customer Success at Totango from November 2022 to May 2025, focusing on driving predictable growth through customer success software. From July 2004 to November 2022, Dishman was Vice President of Customer Success at ON24, where the emphasis was on managing a self-service business, increasing revenue through renewals and upselling, and minimizing customer churn. Earlier experience includes serving as the Vice President of Account Management & Platform Support at Primedia Workplace Learning and a Technical Account Manager, providing training and consultation to healthcare facilities. Chris Dishman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Radio Television & Film from the University of North Texas.
