Dorel Agafitei

Dorel Agafitei serves as the Vice President of Quality at Crane Aerospace & Electronics since April 2012, also holding the title of Aerospace Group Quality Director. Prior experience includes roles at Eaton Aerospace as OPEX Quality Leadership HSLA from April 2009 to April 2012, and positions as Global Director of Quality at both Magellan Navigation and Thales from 2006 to 2009. Dorel's earlier career involved significant contributions to Henkel as Senior Manager - Global Master Black Belt and Senior Manager - Master Black Belt from 2003 to 2006, and quality engineering roles at NHBB from 1999 to 2003. Dorel holds a Master of Science degree in Materials Sciences and Engineering from Polytechnic University and is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, certified through Smarter Solutions (Forrest Breyfogle), and Japan Hirayama.
