Alejandro Gonzalez

Alejandro Gonzalez serves as the Vice President of Operational Excellence & Quality at Springs Window Fashions since July 2025. Prior to this role, Alejandro was the Director of Global Continuous Improvement at Kohler Co., overseeing a $3 billion energy division and implementing the Kohler Production System. Achievements at Kohler include significant cost savings and global policy deployment. Earlier leadership roles at Regal Rexnord involved manufacturing integration and continuous improvement, with successful facility transfers and process enhancements. Alejandro's career also includes extensive experience at Rockwell Automation in various engineering and operations positions, achieving marked improvements in lead times and on-time delivery. Alejandro holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering from the University of Kentucky and additional specializations from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
