Currently, Michelle serves as a Senior Consultant and Customer Success Manager at The Craneware Group since July 2018, focusing on automated value cycle solutions. Prior to this, Michelle held the position of CDM Revenue Integrity Manager at Optum360 from January 2014 to July 2018 and served as CDM Revenue Integrity Supervisor at Dignity Health from May 2007 to December 2013. Michelle's career began at IASIS Healthcare, where responsibilities included Lead Biller and Admitting Supervisor from 2000 to 2005. Michelle holds a degree from Canisius University.
