Jenny Aspray

Jenny Aspray is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at both Cranswick Country Foods PLC and Continental Fine Foods Limited since February 2020, Jenny previously held the position of Head of People at Busaba from March 2015 to February 2020, where responsibilities included leading HR, L&D, internal communications, and recruitment teams while shaping the people agenda. Prior experience includes roles as Owner at The Convenient Food Company and various positions at Zizzi Restaurants, including Training Manager, Operations Manager, and General Manager. Jenny holds a Level 7 CIPD qualification, a certification as a Certified Practitioner from the MBTI Business Training Institute, and a degree in International Business Management from Leeds Beckett University.
