Jeannette Webb

Jeannette Webb, MBA MS, currently serves as the Director of Digital Desk Operations at Crawford & Company, a position held since November 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Kemper as Senior Property Claims Leader and Property Team Manager from March 2018 to November 2023, and various positions at Allstate, including Property Claims Service Leader and Continuous Improvement Implementation Lead Consultant, spanning from June 2002 to March 2018.
