Ross Gibby has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ross began their career in 2003 as the Founder & CEO of Maindock Marketing, a role they held until 2020. From 2008 to 2012, they worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Realsearch. In 2009, they joined Streamline Sourcing as a Digital Lead Generation & Sales Development professional, a position they held until 2020. Also in 2009, Gibby started working at Source International as a Business Development Consultant. In 2010, they became a Digital Marketing Consultant at igus®, a position they held until 2016. In 2011, Gibby joined Tekscan as a Digital Marketing Consultant, and they continued in this role until 2021. In 2013, they began working as a Digital Marketing Consultant at both Moore Tool Company and Gotham Writers Workshop, which they remained involved with until 2020. Finally, in 2019, Gibby assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer at CRDC GLOBAL LIMITED and became the Managing Director at CRDC - USA.

Ross Gibby earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from St. Lawrence University from 1985 to 1989. Later, from 1992 to 1995, they obtained a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree from Rutgers University.
