Florian Stronk is a seasoned entrepreneur and game industry leader, with extensive experience as Co-Founder and CEO of Magmatic Games Ltd from April 2020 to May 2023, where the focus was on creating engaging games that foster long-lasting enjoyment. Prior to this, Florian co-founded BRAVOCOMPANY Ltd, which specialized in competitive real-time team multiplayer games, successfully attracting over 30 million players to Forces of Freedom during its Early Access phase. Florian's tenure at Konami Digital Entertainment GmbH spanned from 2005 to 2013, holding various senior roles, including European Director Online & Social Media and Head of Online Business Development for EMEA. Florian's career began with a role as a Public Relations Assistant intern at Electronic Arts. Florian also served as Captain in the Bundeswehr reserves from 1994 to 2004. Florian holds a Master of Science in Economics from Freie Universität Berlin, completed in 2004.
