Channa De Silva started their work experience as an Analyst Programmer at Informatics (PVT) Ltd in October 1996. Channa then joined IFS in November 1997, initially as a Team Lead, and later became the Director of Software Development in May 1999. Channa worked at IFS for 17 years until August 2014. In September 2014, they joined Creative Software as the Software Engineering Director, where they currently hold the position.
Channa De Silva completed a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Warwick from 1993 to 1996. Channa also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Colombo, although the dates of completion are unknown.
