Scott Milner

Scott Milner is an experienced leader in the defense and homeland security sectors, currently serving as Director at Credence since November 2018. Prior to this role, Milner held the position of Vice President of DHS Operations at Zantech IT Services, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing business strategy, contract execution, and operations within the DHS portfolio. Milner also served as Director of DHS at eGlobalTech, managing a significant business portfolio while leading various aspects of contract activities. Earlier experience includes a Senior Associate role at Booz Allen Hamilton, where Milner directed a cross-functional team in support of Coast Guard initiatives, and positions at Boeing and PCI, focusing on systems engineering and integration for advanced defense systems. Milner holds a Master's Degree in Engineering Management & Systems Engineering from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
