Jessica Ahn's work experience includes a role as Director of Client Services at Credico since July 2021. Jessica has been responsible for managing relationships and operations with clients, independent sales organizations, and cross-functional teams across multiple programs. Prior to this, they worked as a Client Services Manager at Credico from March 2018 to July 2021, where they developed operations to test new business opportunities and implemented operational processes across multiple campaigns. Before joining Credico, Jessica worked at Dom & Tom as a Program Manager from December 2015 to March 2018, an Account Executive from November 2014 to December 2015, and a Sales Coordinator from August 2014 to November 2014. Jessica also gained experience as an Operations & Legal Intern at Dom & Tom from 2012 to 2014 and completed a Summer Internship Program at The National Assembly of The Republic of Korea from June 2010 to August 2013.
Jessica Ahn earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics/Statistics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completing their studies from 2010 to 2014.
