Susan Thatcher is an accomplished Quality Control Auditor with extensive experience in the mortgage industry, currently working at Xactus and Credit Plus since 2020. Prior roles included underwriting at New Diligence Advisors and auditing at MIAC and LoanLogics, where Susan demonstrated expertise in evaluating residential non-QM mortgage loans and ensuring compliance with lending regulations. Additional experience includes transitioning in-house serviced loans to third-party management at COPLAN HOLDINGS LLC and conducting forensic reviews at Opus CMC. Susan Thatcher holds a Juris Doctor degree from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Florida Atlantic University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from the University of Vermont.
