Eduardo Maçan

Eduardo Maçan is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and product development. Currently serving as Director of Software Engineering at Creditas since September 2024, Eduardo previously held the position of Director of Engineering at Grupo OLX from August 2020 to July 2024. During this tenure, significant achievements included leading teams to implement reusable platform components, enhancing user experiences, and reducing the time required for the introduction of new marketplace verticals. Prior roles include Engineering Manager at Globo.com, where development of a user identity platform for millions of customers was overseen, and A.I. Researcher at KNOMA lab POLI/USP, focusing on machine learning. Eduardo's educational background includes a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence from USP and executive education in Strategic Marketing Management from Harvard Business School.
