Alice Huang

Alice Huang has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Alice is currently the Managing Director and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Crescent Capital Group LP, a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to their current role, Alice worked at Citi, where they served as the Global Head of HR for Citi Commercial Bank from September 2020 to March 2022. Alice also held positions of Director from December 2015 to September 2020, and Senior Vice President from December 2011 to November 2015 at Citi. Before joining Citi, Alice worked at Goldman Sachs as a Vice President from September 2004 to December 2011. Alice started their career at Union Bank of California as a Financial Services Officer from June 2002 to June 2004.

Alice Huang completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at UCLA from 1997 to 2002. In 2001, they also participated in Language Studies at Beijing Normal University for a brief period.
