Jeremy Forget has extensive experience in the manufacturing and supply chain industry. Jeremy began their career in 2008 as a Journeyman Clerk in the Produce Department of Albertsons. In 2010, they became a District Manager for Gags and Games Inc., where they were responsible for obtaining all licensing and permitting for new store openings, overseeing HR logistics, and maintaining daily and weekly financial and operational reports. In 2012, Jeremy moved on to become a District Sales Manager for Spencer Gifts. In 2013, they were promoted to Market Manager at Party City. In 2014, they were promoted again to Director of District Operations at Axcess Financial. In 2016, Jeremy became an Installation Technician at AT&T. In 2020, they were hired as an Electrical Engineering Technician at Lorser Industries Inc. and then as Director of Manufacturing and Supply Chain at Smart Earth Technologies, where they were responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of the warehouse, supply, production, distribution, and operational logistics. Most recently, in 2021, Jeremy was hired as Director of Manufacturing and Supply Chain at CrescoNet.

Jeremy Forget obtained their Diploma in General Education from Escondido High School in 1993. Jeremy then went on to pursue an Electrical Engineering Technician degree from MiraCosta College. Additionally, Jeremy has obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from MiraCosta College in August 2020, and an OSHA 30 certification from the same institution in March 2020.
