Heather Perrin, CIC, has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer and Partner at Crest Insurance Group since 2018, Heather has progressively advanced through various roles since joining in 2010, including VP of Service Operations and Commercial Lines Manager. Prior to joining Crest Insurance Group, Heather was an Account Executive at Long Insurance Group, where the insurance division was established from the ground up. Additionally, Heather began a career in insurance as an Agent at NOVA Financial Services, specializing in Property & Casualty, Life, and Health.

On June 1st, 2010, Cody Ritchie assumed the role of President of the newly formed Crest Insurance Group with a vision to develop the firm to be the top agency based in Arizona. Crest Insurance has grown to include offices in Tucson, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Lake Havasu, Cottonwood, Sedona, Sierra Vista, Flagstaff, San Diego, Denver, Fort Collins, Longmont, Laramie and Rawlins . We have experienced producers writing policies for clients throughout the United States. We pride ourselves on being the best at what we do. We provide access to many national carriers and markets yet remain a true local agency with face to face service and deep ties to our community.
