Paul Cohen

Paul Cohen has extensive experience in the commercial real estate sector, currently serving as Managing Director of Transactions at Crexi since October 2016, where the focus is on enhancing liquidity through competitive bidding in the Commercial Real Estate market. Previously, Paul held roles as National Director and Regional Director for the East Coast at Crexi, overseeing sales teams and facilitating broker transactions. Prior experience includes serving as Principal at CoRE Property Advisors and Managing Director at Cohen Financial, alongside significant roles at Willis and CBRE, where Paul was Senior Vice President and Director of the Miami Private Client Group. Paul holds a BEng in Aerospace from the University of Hertfordshire.
