Lisa Abbott

Lisa Abbott, M.S., currently serves as the Sustainability Communications Director at CRH, where responsibilities include developing global communication strategies to promote sustainability initiatives and advising the chief sustainability officer. Previously, Lisa held roles at Deloitte as Communications Manager and Communications Hub Deputy, focusing on human capital change projects and mentoring a team of communications consultants. As Global Employee Communications Leader at Allegion, PLC, Lisa successfully developed strategic communication plans and led an intranet redesign based on employee feedback. Additional experience includes managing public relations at Western Governors University, where notable campaigns resulted in significant application increases and recognition, as well as founding Epiphany Communications, a company focused on writing and editing. Early career experience includes serving as Director of Communications at Carrier HVAC. Lisa holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations/Journalism from Bob Jones University.
