Hasan Murat Akinci

Hasan Murat Akinci is an experienced technology leader and entrepreneur with a strong background in software development, machine learning, and technical operations. As the founder of Crimson Step since March 2018, Hasan provides consultancy on AI products, focusing on Natural Language Processing, Recommender Systems, and Emotion Recognition. Hasan held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Gordion, where oversight included driving strategic technology initiatives in the travel tech sector. Previously, Hasan served as Chief Technology Officer for Curation Zone and Snap Rapid, founding Publing, and co-founding Gladly Technology. With expertise spanning engineering, product design, and data-driven solutions, Hasan has successfully led teams in various industries, including travel, finance, and filmmaking. Hasan holds an MSc and BSc in Control Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and completed the Chief Technology Officer Programme at Cambridge Judge Business School.
